head-quartered in Hagatna, Guam. The firm was incorporated
in March 1993 and currently operates under management
with over 70 years of experience in the financial and
investment industries.

all residents of Guam and are licensed under Guam law.
APIS is a member of the NASD (National Association of
Securities Dealers) and SIPC (Securites Investors Protection
Corp.). It also has membership with the SIA (Securities
Industries Association). In addition, the principals
of the firm are Registered Investment Advisers.

APIS works with Southwest Securites Inc.
of Dallas, Texas to provide investment services on a
fully disclosed basis. Southwest Securities maintains
membership and floor operations on the New York Stock
Exchange and the American Stock Exchange. With its state
of the art technology and strong relationships with large
national clearing firms, APIS is able to access thousands
of Mutual Funds, Stocks, and Bonds in the market. APIS
also has a working relationship with SEI Investments,
one of the leading asset management firms in the continental
United States.
